PROJECTS

Akbank RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) System

Built a custom RAG application using proprietary bank data to enhance knowledge retrieval and query answering. The system combines a powerful LLM (Large Language Model) with an external vector database, allowing the model to generate accurate and context-aware responses based on private documents. Achieved significant reduction in hallucination rates compared to base LLM.

Tech Stack: Python, LangChain, Hugging Face/OpenAI APIs, Vector DB (Chroma/Pinecone), Flask/Streamlit, Docker

TeknoFest 2023 – Hyperloop Project

Took part in the finalist software team responsible for simulation, data logging, and control systems of a Hyperloop prototype. I gained hands-on experience in embedded systems programming and real-time control logic, which deepened my teamwork and complex problem-solving skills in a high-pressure engineering environment.

Full-Stack E-Commerce Platform

Designed and developed a complete e-commerce solution with user authentication, product catalog management (CRUD operations), shopping cart functionality, and payment gateway integration. Implemented comprehensive state management on the front-end and a secure RESTful API for handling transactions.

Netflix Movie Recommendation System (Machine Learning)

Developed a Collaborative Filtering recommendation engine using the MovieLens dataset. The system predicts user ratings and suggests movies based on similarity analysis and matrix factorization techniques. Focused on data cleaning, feature engineering, and model evaluation (RMSE).
